Artist Biography
Zanne Hanna is an independent artist, songwriter, and producer. She is a vocalist and accompanies herself with acoustic and electric guitar. She calls her solo act “Songwriter-Style Pop/Folk/R&B” with songs from the likes of Maggie Rogers, Carole King, Stevie Nicks, Phoebe Bridgers, Billie Eilish, and Amy Winehouse, as well as her original music of similar influence. She records all her music in her DIY bedroom studio for release on streaming services like Spotify.
Zanne worked in Los Angeles for two years after graduating from Berklee College of Music with honors in 2020. In LA, she worked as a studio runner at the Village Recorder in Santa Monica and later worked as an assistant sound editor for Boom Box Post, supporting her team in designing sound for animated TV shows.
In Boston, she earned a dual degree in Music Production and Engineering and Electronic Production and Design. She also claimed two minors in Psychology, and Acoustics and Electronics. After concentrating for many years on the technical aspects of the recording arts, Zanne left LA and returned home to Jupiter, FL to focus on her career as an independent artist.
